Marilen Rose
Born and raised in Chile, Marilen is a bilingual (Spanish/English) wellness facilitator with a rich background in human nature, multidimensional healing, spirituality, and embodied practices—and a lifelong passion for supporting our innate capacity to heal. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and brings over two decades of self-led study and practice in the healing arts, including Yoga, Exercise Physiology, Dance, Embodiment, Qigong, and Vibrational Energy work. She is a Certified TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) Provider, a Human Nature Wellness Coach, and currently in training as a Daoist Medical Qigong Teacher.
Marilen is especially passionate about guiding others toward self-sourced wellness, growth, and free-flowing vitality. She creates safe, compassionate spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and experience greater freedom from within. Her approach is trauma-informed, multicultural, and grounded in values of adaptability, growth, connection, and natural resilience.
She loves working with individuals from all walks of life—especially those navigating high-stress, emotionally demanding, or service-based roles, such as caregivers, therapists, parents, healers, front-line workers, trauma survivors, and anyone seeking deeper nervous system regulation and embodied healing.

What is TRE®?
Created by David Berceli, Ph.D., “TRE” stands for Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises, and consists of a series of movements designed to activate a natural-born tremor mechanism of the Nervous System (neurogenic tremors), in order to release excess tension, tightness and stress caused by continuously being in and holding a state of high alert (AKA “Fight or Flight” mode). This practice returns us to operating from our natural, baseline state of calm instead of from an already active stress response.

Why Practice TRE®?
By having a regular TRE® practice you can begin to notice and enjoy some (or all) of the following:
Self-Care Practice
TRE® is designed to become a self-sourced care tool for regulating your Nervous System. You can access it as needed, on your own terms and in your own space.
Flexibility & Openness
By gradually releasing layers of tightly held muscle contractions you become more open and flexible in your body and mind.
Adaptability & Resilience
When you remain in a natural baseline state of calm, you are able to respond beneficially to life events, and bounce back easily.
Connection
By coming out of a rigid state of self-protection (or fight or flight mode), you can more easily connect with yourself, loved ones and nature and enjoy your relationships.
Self-Awareness & Intuition
With TRE®, we return to safety and familiarity with our own body, and learn to better understand and meets its needs with a finer tune.
